Melanie graduated from the Vajra Pani Yoga Teacher Training at the Shasta Yoga Institute in Mount Shasta California. The training is fundamentally grounded in the lineage of teachings offered by T. Krishnamacharya and his student B.K.S. Iyengar.
The theme for Melanie's first seven classes will be chakras. The first class is dedicated to Muladhara or root chakra. Each week the class will focus on poses to help balance the individual chakras, working through all seven chakras as the weeks progress.
