Helen Stone is teaching a six week course called "New Beginnings" for beginning yoga students. The class starts Monday, April 22 and runs from 4:30 to 6pm. "This will be a basic class that starts with proper breathing and explores body awareness and alignment. It is a relaxed, gentle yoga that anyone can do," Stone says.
