Yoga Asanas for Chakra Balancing: Muladhara/Base Chakra

The theme for this series of seven classes will be chakras. This first class is dedicated to the Muladhara or root chakra. Each week we will focus on poses to help balance the individual chakras, working through all seven chakras as the weeks progress. This yoga class, taught by Melanie Thibodeaux , is suitable for everyone. Mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets are provided. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
