This ritual practice will be similar to Tai Chi movements taking you off your mat and throughout the room. Bring a sacred object to charge with healing. Taught by Khira.

| Hands and Feet Yoga Workshop

In this workshop we will discuss ways to improve your practice through proper alignment of the body. Bring your favorite yoga mat and learn were to place your hands and feet in the standing and seated poses. We will be taking our yoga measurements and marking our mats to indicate your proper alignment. Find out your shoulder and hip with apart and use a center line to show you where your body is on the mat. Learn proper modification and gain a deeper understanding of yoga with low impact alignment.
Come personalize your yoga mat and explore ways to improve your practice.

This 3-part class teaches a core set of practices found within the western Hermetic tradition, sometimes called the 'yoga of the West'. These practices have many practical applications: energy healing of self and others, increasing your personal vitality and level of awareness, out-of-body projection, energizing sacred space, & many others. Their greatest value, however, is that they may be used to awaken you to the presence of your higher, divine Genius, sometimes called the Holy Guardian Angel.$20 for all 3 sessions. Taught by Dave.
