This dynamic ashtanga vinyasa flow class, taught by Nadia, is designed to challenge and nourish your body through a sequence of movements using breathwork. The class begins with a series of sun salutations to warm up the body and joints, followed by flowing sequences of standing and seated postures, core strengthening poses, balance poses, inversions, backbends and twists, improving your flexibility and strength. Students should have prior experience attending yoga classes.
