Take time to restore and re-balance with yoga for deep relaxation. In restorative yoga, the props relieve your muscles and bones of their roles of support and action. Your nervous system sends and receives fewer messages and becomes quieter. Layers of tension melt away as you learn to be present with what is happening in the body and mind in each moment.

Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down, and is based on entry into altered states where the body is consciously asleep but awareness is present.
